Incure Cyro-WeldTM needle bonders are specially formulated to suit variations in hub-cannula gap sizes for different designs (intra-dermal and subcutaneous injections). Offering speed of cure with low energy LED lamps, its high fluorescing properties for in-line quality inspection on automation lines are much sort after in today’s high volume manufacturing. Cyro-WeldTM 100% solvent-free medical device adhesives are ISO 10993 compliant, and all are formulated to withstand EtO and steam-sterilization with enhanced thermal and moisture resistance. Also available - color change feature for users to distinguish visually full cure of bond areas and bond lines. Specially formulated for high bond strength on many grades of stainless steel, plastics and glass, applications range from infusion sets, hypodermic, pen, thin-walled and biopsy / puncture needles etc.
