Incure offers a wide range of UV/Visible/LED light-curing adhesives for medical disposables and medical device assemblies. Incure Cyro-Weld™ Series are formulated to provide bonding, coating, sealing, potting and encapsulation of devices such as disposable needles and syringes, face-masks, tube-sets, catheters, reservoirs and housings, oxygenators, respiratory and many other medical disposable devices.

Incure continues invest in research and development of advanced formulations for continual improvements in properties for critical applications. Unique properties include high precision active alignment, low surface energy plastics, ultra-low shrinkage, ultra-fast curing, shadowed areas in UV curing, fluorescing and color-change, low-energy curing, sleek surfaces with extra-ordinary bonding strengths.

All Cyro-Weld™ products are designed to withstand different test requirements, such as thermal cycling under vibration or environmental exposure, EtO, gamma and E-beam sterilisation. Formulated to pass the medical industry’s most comprehensive USP Class IV and ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards.
